Shauna was exceptional to work with…especially for moving from a different state to KY. Her expertise and kindness made the long distance move a positive experience where we didn’t have to worry about the storage of all our belongings since the new house wasn’t quite finished. I highly recommend Shauna for any storage needs. I will certainly use her again in the future if storage is necessary.

Good afternoon I truly wanted to share my experience today with one of your employees Miss Shauna. Today was my third conversations with different employees from your company from my initial acceptance of one of your storage units. I was very impressed with her professionalism , efficiency, her ability and willingness to troubleshoot, locate and resolve the previous administrative issues. Miss Shauna was so kind and patient as she reassured me that we would get everything done that needed to be . She was very prompt in handling a concern I had , where she had to call me back with the information . Why would I mention something in reference to this, because I have dealt with other individuals that has chosen to provide inaccurate information, therefore when you care enough about your tenants to assure them that the information given is correct that needs to be noted. Noted. She went over everything that was taken from the initial order a few days ago and all of the necessary corrections were made. Miss Shauna assured me that she would get corrected documents and corrected emails done and sent out and if I hadn’t received them in a timely manner to call her back. Employees like she is definitely encourages me to give good references to other people that may be looking for storage units..
