I was number two in the door the day this location opened, got a larger unit right next to the sliding door, everything was great for about a year. Then the price increases started, the multiple Black widow infestations, the multiple intrusions of water into the unit, the multiple weeks at a time with no door access near the unit, more price increases.... You get the idea. I was fine even with the first price increase, or even the second. Because this location was extremely convenient, and made doing what I needed to get done much easier. But that's their business model. Increase price as much as possible assuming people won't put in the work to get everything out. So now instead of $200-$250 a month, they get zero from me. Well worth it. Avoid this place.

Jasmine is an amazing gift to this company !! She went out of her way to make this experience great ! We were in a bind and trying very hard to get an apartment unpacked, and a storage show at the last minute. She made this so seamless and repeatedly came and offered water to us as we were trying to get the shed rented unloaded and the U-Haul unload it to return by 6 PM. What a asset she is to this company and her smile makes your heart melt knowing that they are still good kind loving people out there. God Bless Jasmine

The manager up front was truly amazing and accommodating. She was so friendly and helpful.This would be a 5 star other than when you go after hours there is only one cart to use. Having to haul all your boxes and stuff without a cart was an experience I never want to have again.

In less than a year this will be the 2nd price increase. I have a 20X10 unit and signed up for the unit at $99. Exactly 90 days later the price went up to $220. I called about it and was told due to inflation the cost went up. I get it but that’s not how a promotional price should be advertised. I ended up removing the insurance and got it to $195 and decided I could live with that. Now today I get another letter in the mail stating the cost will be going up to $240. This is ridiculous. I’ll be gathering my items this month. DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR DISCOUNTS,ITS ONLY TO GET YOU LOCKED IN TO THEIR UNITS THEN THEY HIKE THE PRICES UP! I will add the people that work there are extremely nice and helpful. It’s not their fault this happens and they hate to see it happen. They have to deal with the fallout from it.

The manager, Adrianna, is an awesome manager and such a people person! She and her staff were so welcoming as soon as we walked in the store. She gave us so much information, showed us around, and had us set up in minutes. The facility was top notch, well kept, and immaculate. I strongly recommend them for your storage needs!
