Not only was this place super affordable, but Ernie was amazing to work with. He went out of his way to prepare me for moving into the unit and ensure that I understood everything. He was super sweet and friendly. I was very stressed about moving, but he was so sweet and made it a very easy process! Highly recommend this place!!!

thank you for renting me a good storage unit! I had no idea what to even look for and you were so knowledgeable. the units are clean the property is well kept and the manager Katie was perfect. he explained everything to me very clearly. glad I picked a good place to rent!

I had to change my Google review after contact with this new company.. this new company has the most ridiculous management team, Brittany is very rude, and got a little belligerent with me. I was a little behind in my rental so I tried to pay partially just like the new owner allowed but this lady says no she can't do it but the owner can so just let me either speak with him or have him call me, or even another manager might be more helpful and take my money bc Brittany kept saying no we can't take it and she literally repeated that every time I ask for someone else. If you don't believe me then listen to the so called recorded call. I used to love this place that is why I have been a faithful customer for over a year but because of this lady Brittany I will be closing my account this month. I truly wish them the best but they messed up by not having anyone run or manage the location itself... the the people u talk to on the phone are not friendly and honestly I think she treated me this way because I'm black , but it is cool because the last time I checked money was green not black nor white, treat ALL people the same and watch your blessings double.

Ms. Sharon is the most helpful and friendly manager ever. Recently had to rent a unit due to circumstances out of my control. Went in explained the size and type of unit I needed and with it being my first time ever renting a storage, Ms. Sharon walked me through everything and explained everything to me to a T. I’ve never met a more friendly person than Ms. Sharon. She went above and beyond to help me get settled with the unit. I definitely recommend her and this storage facility. There’s no other place I’d rather keep my belongings than here!
