We’ve been using USA storage for quite some time. Just recently when had the opportunity to sell our house. So guess what? We had to get a bigger unit than the previously before. Kendrick helped us through that transition while making it smoother than ever. His knowledge and experience helped us out tremendously in the process. If only every one could be as accommodating as he was to us.

I had rented a storage the day prior to moving in. When I arrived I realized that I would need a larger storage. Staff was absent, so I had called the office and was transferred to an office out in Tennessee, if I recalled adequately. Ms. Aubrey was extremely helpful. She was able to switch storages for me instantly, prompting my new lease agreement, crediting my pay for the smaller storage to the larger storage, and guiding me through the storage app. She was very patient and informative. Extremely grateful for her service.

I can honestly say i have been having my storage unit for about 7 years and i have never received top tier service like i did on Tuesday with Kendrick. He was so professional from the time I walked in the door until he was done serving me. Excellent job‼️‼️.
