I’ve had 2 storage units for 6 months now and have had the best experience so far. The 2 office ladies (ms dawn and ms Angie) are extremely nice and helpful. Yard is always clean and in top shape .

I 100% recommend using this storage facility and the manager Marshawna has been absolutely wonderful. In the last week we have returned to Storage Plus to unload some items, only to see that the gate has remained broken and the door to the space our unit is located also broken. The person in the front office assured me that the gate and door would be fixed soon, but it is concerning to see that it’s been a week and it is still not fixed. We also noticed that near our unit is a musty smell, which seems odd given that it is climate controlled, and we never noticed a smell like this at the previous storage space we used for 4 years in a different city. At this point in time, I’m not sure that I can recommend anyone to use this place.
