Both women here are the sweetest and most respectful workers I’ve come across. They answered any and all questions that I would have to ask and gave me a tour of all of the units. They informed me of their protection plans and what could happen if I chose to not get it, which we definitely did. Overall was an amazing experience and was very glad to have spoken with both Nessa and Jana.

The young lady I spoke with today (Jana) was extremely nice & helpful. I’ve spoken with a young man previously but I can’t remember his name, he was also very nice and helpful. I’ve had my storage unit since Covid with no complaints, problems nor issues. I would recommend this location to others as well.

This has been the most seamless and smooth storage experience I have ever had. Not only is the location convenient, the staff and manager are helpful and and so pleasant. Concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Most definitely would recommend!

Very clean space. Ease of access to enter the facilities locked gates and also very accessible to be able to use my pin to get into the buildings. Floor and unit were prepared and ready to go for me upon initial arrival. Have had no issues. Would highly recommend.

Brand new facility with a large majority of empty units. I leased a huge space for $138 a month. You must use their tiny cheap lock but overlooked that because the location is so close. NOW, 11 MONTHS LATER THEY RAISE RENT TO $266. THEY LIED & SAID BECAUSE NEARBY PLACES CHARGE THAT MUCH. Complete and total lie. Two phone calls later I found a slightly smaller unit for $144 a month. They clearly overextended and are lying to customers. R I P O F F. [edit 3 hours later] I have been there only 7 months. Calling the number Extra Storage resulted in being told “we asked around and others charge more. Your bill is definitely going up.” The first call I made resulted in being routed to a foreign country who wanted my name and number before telling me what their rates were. These businesses are very strange.
