These people are terrible. I rented a unit for $45 a month in November. In January, they charged me $79. I called my local storage and the woman said she would check into it and call me back. She never did. Then in February they charged me $79 again. I left a message, no return call. I notified the corporate office and they sent me an email saying "...Due to market changes and availability, rates are subject to change. Rate change notices are provided at least 30 days before the new rate goes into effect." No one ever notified me. They lie and that is a huge jump in price. BUYER BEWARE.

The manager, LaToya, was always professional and efficient. The facility is clean, and the price was reasonable. Because NOLA is run like a giant lemonade stand--except without the childlike enthusiasm--you tend to notice when you have a truly pleasant experience like this! Thank you!

The check in process was soooo easy. The spaces are easy to get to and secure. No risk of your stuff getting flooded in a hurricane. When I lost my keys Miss LaToya was very sweet and extra helpful with a stressful situation. It made my move so much easier.

Hi I am a customer of two years and I must say that every time I need to access my storage unit, or had to downsize to another unit I have been met with a smile and undivided attention of the office attendant Latoya always very friendly and hands on. The entire facility was very clean, except the restroom could use some attention.I never once felt unsecured the whole time I was there. The ease of entering and exiting the facility was a breeze. I will highly recommend this facility to my friends and family. Keep up the good work! And please let Latoya know how much I appreciate all that she did for me that day by just being an active listener and doer of my concerns which eased the stress of my 4 plus hour move.

Ms Latoya is great! Always greets you with a smile. This location is always clean I have a couple of units here I wouldnt rent anywhere else.
