He was personable, thorough, gave a tour, offered various options, gave clear & concise directions, and was always available to assist when needed. To say he went above and beyond really is an understatement. Chris is a valuable asset to the company. The facility itself is clean, quiet, and well maintained. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. We ended up having to relocate which is the only reason we ended our stay, but if we are ever in the area again & have storage needs, this is the location I would choose to keep our items safe and secure.
