It is a mostly inside storage, insanely hot upstairs. The sizes range from about the size of a high school locker to a small size car garage. The lights inside are motion sensored so is mostly dark and depressing, but gets the job done on conserving energy and providing light. Large-size hand trucks are widely available, and a janitor keeps the floors looking tidy. I did not price much, but the 55 a month size held most of my apartment items, minus the bed.
sarah caldwellIf zero stars was an option, thats what I would choose. The storage units are poorly aired out and the building smells moldy and stale. I had called several times to cancel the storage unit but no one is available to assist or answer the phones. When I did get in contact with someone, I was given two different stories and charged a late fee. When I traveled there in person, I was met with rude customer service and unwarranted disrespect. The man in charge began to get beligerant and even chastistized me and hit the desk like I was a child. The service was unprofessional and I would never come back.
