The customer service here was beyond exceptional. The employees here you can tell value serving their clients and they are extremely welcoming. The units were very clean and seem well taken care of. I would certaintely recommend, if you are moving to Shreveport, to check them out!

In February 2025 this storage gave us an original quote of 115.80, when it was time to confirm everything they stated insurance was mandatory so that added another $12 making my monthly rent 127.80. By May of 2025 (the same year) I had an increase of $40!!! So now my total was 167.00. By December of 2025 we had another $40 increase with a gram slam monthly total of 206.00!!!! So within less than a year my monthly rent almost doubled with this place. To add, these are climate controlled units, and at one point I went to the office to complain that it felt better outside than it did inside my unit and that’s when I was told the AC was going to be fixed in a few days. I came back a few weeks later and it was still hot in my unit (this was in the summer time btw). We finally had a chance to move out, I had pillows in there that now have mold growing and furniture where the wood has began to warp, pictures attached to my review. The staff who work in the front office have always been friendly, but the quality of the actual storage needs to be adjusted and they need to be truthful on cost adjustments
