My experience was great, I had no hang ups even though I messed up my own reservation. The manager was very helpful and reassuring. He fixed my reservation and walked me to the unit to ensure it was what I needed. I would give 10 stars, great customer service! Patience and very laid back. Good vibes and better service. Will definitely stick around.

I would give a zero but the system will not allow it. I have been waiting on going into 3 weeks for a manager to call me back regarding my unit having a lock on it for about 5 months...due to what I was told ny customer service has inadequate record keeping. My understanding is that as a paying customer I should have access from 6am - 10pm. Since my unit was locked by the property manager I want to be compensated I can't even get a call back and with as much as I an paying that is just inconsiderate and horrible customer service.

First rate customer service, agent was friendly and efficient. Hours of access are very accommodating and the facility appears to be clean and well lit. Would definitely recommend this place over the last nightmare of a facility I used on My Zion.
