Both employees I talked to were very friendly and helpful, especially Lisa (tStore Manager). I rented online without even seeing a unit and she was ready for me when I arrived. The unit was clean and I like using the app for entry to the facility. This rating would be a 5 Star but the unit measured smaller than I expected; however, Lisa made suitable arrangements. Would absolutely use again. LJB

I arrived back in my hometown. I needed to put some things in storage while I prepare to move into my new place. I was greeted warmly by Lisa. I explained what I needed and for how long. After an assessment and confirmation of my needs, she offered me the greatest deal! This was the best homecoming reception I could have received. Lisa was kind, she listened to what I expressed and didn’t attempt to tell me what I needed. She was very respectful and very approachable. Her knowledge of Extra Space Storage and its promotional, discounts and requirements was impressive. I was going to shop around for the best price for storing my home goods.
