Needed a boat storage spot and have been on the waitlist for about 4 months. I was releaved when I got a call saying I was next on the list. This means they truly track and care about calling each person on the list and in order! Thank yall again for the bay rental! Oh and it's an amazing bay!!!! Concrete floor gates and power!

Great facility, units are nice and spacious, prices are good. Bbeen doing business with them for a few years, never had a problem with them. The workers are very nice people. Highly recommend!

I needed something indoor and climate-controlled and was delighted to find this place in Sulphur. I was able to secure a unit online, but I had a technical issue with my phone while completing the process. Before I could call A+, a very friendly employee called me and straightened everything out. When I went in to sign the paperwork, he had everything ready and made the process very quick and easy. He was very professional. I was impressed with how clean everything was and how easy they make it for you. He showed us how to punch in our code, use the lights should we come at night, where the restrooms are, and where they keep the carts to help with moving heavy items. They also have covered parking for boats, RVs, etc. that I will look into in the future. I'm not sure how comparable the price is to other indoor, climate-controlled storage facilities in Lake Charles, but I am happy to have one in Sulphur which is much more convenient for me.

We have used A+Mini storage for years now! Over the last 5 years my family and myself have had great experiences with storing our belongings there! Never have had a problem! Always clean and staff is super friendly and helpful! Will always go back with them when needing a storage unit!
