Have used this facility often. Would be happier if had better lighting and electrical out late or interior lights worked. Serves its purpose but could definitely use some updates and cleaning. Service contact have always been friendly. No problems! Still using facility. Thanks
Jay RUsed to be better than this. Several open units with trash pouring out. Stack of tires at the front forever. Our unit has bugs and there’s no power to the light. Plus rent has gone up 3 times in the last 16 months from $99 to $125 to $149 to $175. Gate always seems to be stuck open. I notice all the 5 star reviews are new customers. Interesting.
joe johnstonThe online process was easy. There was a hiccup when I got to the facility. My assigned locker was already occupied. When I called customer service, the issue was quickly resolved and was switched to an unoccupied locker. Very good customer service.
