Absolutely worst customer service I have ever dealt with extremely rude and disrespectful every time I was at the unit they would always harass me. Felt like I had someone breathing down my neck. The very first day you don’t pay your bill on time no matter how long you’ve been there your locked out and made to feel like your a second hand citizen it’s awful I’d never recommend to anyone for any reason

Their customer service is atrocious. They take extra money every chance they get, then claim it’s system generated and they have no control over it.

For 2 years after the loss of my dad I had a storage unit and always paid and always paid on time. After my mother passed I needed to move out. And even though I gave them ample time they charged me for another month and then because there was some dust they said I would be charged for not sweeping the floor. They will nickel and dime you for everything that they can. Go somewhere else!
