I rented a unit yesterday at Prime storage on 100 Enterprise Ave in Scarborough, Maine, and I got to work with Anna, She was INCREDIBLY helpful and knowledgeable, I've rented at other storage facilities before, and this is the best experience I've had so far! I originally rented a 10x20, and when I went to open it up I realized that it was way too big for what I needed. And I was able to switch my unit to a 10x10 which was absolutely perfect. I'm thankful that I chose Prime storage to keep my belongings! Definitely recommend! I even paid a month ahead on the 10x20, and she was able to move that money into the smaller unit without having to refund me or anything. It was an incredibly easy experience. Definitely go see Anna for any of your storage needs!

Excellent service professional staff , units are clean as is the entire facility. Use of bathroom is grest.. Set up of the account online was very easy. The app works great for entry to the facility and the unit. I highly recommend this company and facility in Scarborough Maine.

I had such a great experience at Prime storage on Enterprise Drive in Scarborough. Mathew, did walk me through the process of getting the key app and activated my account to be able to open my storage unit with my phone. I really love their customer service support and how the storage is climate controlled. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for storage in Greater Portland area.

Matt was very helpful. Easy to work with as he is very knowledgeable and experienced. What should be a simple exercise to get a storage unit wasn’t that simple but Matt knew just how to get it done. I love the security, ease of use, and cleanliness of the unit and building.
