Fantastic customer care, very impressed with Christine who is a pro, is very personable and takes great pride in delivering first class service to her clients. I went into the office to finalize our business account and she was awesome throughout the entire process, she sent me her requirements ahead of time so I may use our business insurance and an existing disc lock and once on site she let me look at my options to choose the perfect space for our needs. She was patience, effective and kind. Thank you Christine!

Loved using this facility. Ease of Access is great. Carts onsite for moving materials and security is great. I am moving out of state so I had to close my unit but Christine made the process simple. Highly recommend!

I've been a customer at the Annapolis Cubesmart since around 2019, and have always been happy with this facility, easily the best-run storage unit I've used. The manager Christine is on-site and responds very quickly and professionally to any issues, the facility is secure & well maintained, and is all around a good place to store your belongings. Strongly recommend.

The place is very new and kept very clean. That's about all I can said that is good. Be prepared for a rate hike once you move your things in. Mine went up at least 30% after only a few months, leaving me only two choices: move it all over again or suck it up. They know exactly what they're doing in this regard. They also really don't care about customers. It's impossible to administer your account online, and when I mentioned that the last three times I visited there were no loading carts I was told "They're $500 each and they won't be buying any." The person who runs the counter is lovely, and a wizard at customer service. You can totally tell their hands are tied and the owners are useless in giving the person the tools needed to keep customers happy. Had they not jacked up my rates they'd be enjoying my rental income for probably another year. Instead, I am downsizing and getting rid of/selling things. Maybe it's for the best.

Very easy to work with office manager. Like that almost everything is on line. Would like to be able to upload insurance proof, so I don’t get charged for the first month from you… Also, i have 2 previous Cube Smart Locks - totally a waste to have to buy another one… that should be optional
