I had a unit here for about half a year. It was a good experience: I stored some important valuables in there and they were never stolen or messed with, and the employees were helpful but unenthusiastic. I have to admit that I was very let down when I first saw the space. It is 5x5 but when I signed up they made it difficult to explicitly see the height. Then I checked in to see this space at half the height I expected. It was a shame, but I managed to stuff everything and it was just enough space. I paid 50 dollars a month even after the whole “$1 for your first month” because of fees and the lock they force you to take. Just buy your own and return the lock they give you so that you can get a refund. I would recommend the disc shaped padlock since those are difficult to cut through (if you’re paranoid like me)

I'd like to share my experience with those of you looking to rent a storage unit at this location. First let me just say how very pleased I was with the cleanliness of the property and units. The representative Steven was attentive to my needs, he was so very pleasant and patient with me and the questions I had. The units are the perfect size, I highly recommend rent a unit.

I had a good experience at this location thanks largely to Otto. Their attentiveness and kind-hearted attitude made the process so much easier considering this was my first time ever renting anything 😅 But Otto patiently answered my questions and saw me through the entire process. Not to mention the units themselves seem clean, secure, and well-maintained.
