I would give a 5 stars rating. I gave a 3 star rating because of the pricing. I loved the facility. Great access, clean, but they consistently go up in your rates. I hardly came to my unit, but paid each month on time b4 my due date. I recently (today) vacated my unit to another facility same size $100 cheaper. Sorry extra space. Wish it stayed affordable

I’m not one to give 5 star reviews because there’s always room for improvement. The Extra Storage on Shannon Dr. in Baltimore has excellent employees. I especially want to give a shout out to Ms. Keshawn at this location. She went above and beyond to ensure my concern was brought to management attention. She could’ve stopped there but, she followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the results. I hope she is valued by management has much as I value her presence. Her Boss I believe her name is Katherine in that location is definitely a great example of leadership she was very attentive as well. Great job Keshawn may you continue to excel.

I had a great experience at Extra Space thanks to Keshaw or Keisha I believe her name is. My apologies if I’ve misspelled her name. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Her customer service stood out and is the main reason I’m posting my feedback. Employees like her are a major asset, and she absolutely deserves recognition for her work.

Love the experience, loved the location it was close to home. Love the facility. What I didn't like was the constant up-pricing regardless whether you paid on time, and the facility rest rooms need better maintaining

I came in this past Friday evening, The white lady, I believe her name is Katherine. Wasn't very helpful with attitude. Despite all that as to why I put a 5 star, there is a black woman keshawn I believe her name was. Very helpful, explains a lot, very cheerful aura. I had one issue with the gate and keshawn stepped up and helped with that issue. Keshawn is a excellent employee to have with the company
