Suzy WallaceThe entire process online was SUPER easy. The prices were great, but most of all, when I went to the storage location, I went inside to ask a few questions. They were beyond helpful and kind, and just made me feel that this was enough that I made the right choice. However, I then went to my unit, which was a whole new and wonderful experience. You drive into the building, and the units are within. The locks available are basically inner flat locks, so there's no way anyone can cut them off. Very High Tech, very clean, and would highly recommend.

Anna treated her like it was her grandmother reassuring her if any difficulties arose she would be there to help. This type of customer care is rare these days. Extra Space Storage could video her technique for training on "exemplary customer service standard"

Great customer service experience and very clean facility. I recommend if you just need a month or two of storage, not ideal for long term. Four stars because my rent was raised $100 without any sort of notice so I moved out.
