This facility is poorly run and not worth the price. I measured my unit and it was not a true 10x10. We moved in in August at $220/month and by October the bill had increased to almost $300. From day one, the security and access here were unacceptable. The entry gate was often left wide open, allowing anyone to enter the property. Even worse, the main building doors would open automatically like a grocery store door—no access code required—meaning anyone from outside could walk right in. When the doors weren’t open, they were broken, and the access keypads would not work. Most of the time only one entrance in the back worked at all. The elevator also broke frequently, and trash sat in the hallways for days at a time, including directly in front of our unit. It’s obvious the facility is not being cleaned or maintained. The worst issue happened when my mother urgently needed to use the bathroom. The only bathroom is at the front, but the front door was broken with no signage posted. A customer told her the only working door was all the way in the back. She could not make it in time and was forced to relieve herself outside in the parking lot. When she went into the office to report this, the staff were completely nonchalant and acted like it didn’t matter. They lure you in with a low rate and raise it almost immediately, yet the facility is dirty, unsafe, and mismanaged. We are moving to Extra Space Storage where the same size unit costs half the price and the property is clean and properly maintained. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

The online process was super easy. Someone called to make sure I was ok and gave great tips and details about the unit. It’s so clean and easy accessible. & the welcome bag is cute room.

Customer service was great. Easily accessible thru gates and elevators were convenient. Storage was also clean.

I’ve been a member Of the cube for 14 days and the 24 hour line no one ever picks up twice the doors have not worked. I was supposed to be assigned 24 hour access that has not worked yet. It’s just been a litany of issues. The customer service in the facilities is very nice but contemplating the next time that the doors don’t work switching to another storage provider storing my work items in the unit so anytime I’m not able to access it on time it throws my entire day off.

Rating based on CUSTOMER SERVICE - Great! I’m unable to give 5 stars simply because I have not had the unit long enough for an honest rating. I’m hoping CubeSmart is as top tier as the staffing I’ve worked with to rent out a unit space.
