Armored Self Storage has been excellent. The facility is modern, clean, well lit, and thoughtfully laid out. The climate-controlled units stay perfectly clean and dry, so we never worry about humidity, dust, or weather affecting our belongings. Access is easy and convenient with large doors, plenty of dollies, and the ability to unload right near the building. The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly, and the security is top-notch with gated access, personal codes, and cameras throughout. We’re very impressed and wouldn’t store our things anywhere else.

Clean facilities when you get in. No one answers the phone numbers on the website or signs (even though advertised as being open). Tried 10+ times over the course of over an hour. Management not on site until late morning on Saturday and was rude and dismissive when I was finally able to reach them in person and provide feedback regarding a difficult to use access key pad. In sum, hard to know if I can continue to reliably gain access when needed. Experience was upsetting enough that we are considering other options for the storage bays we currently rent here.
