John and Shelia were incredibly friendly and helpful while getting my unit set up, and they took the time to show me different size options to make sure I chose the right one. When I came back to unload, they even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Excellent customer service all around!

My experience was very convenient. Never had a problem getting at my storage room. The environment was always clean. And talking about the staff- Michelle and Sheila, the were great.
