Anna was top notch in ensuring we had just what we needed. Starting several weeks ago when we were unsure of our official “move in” date she was helpful and followed up as needed. On our move in date she was happy to answer all my questions and last minute switch us to the larger unit we needed and made sure all our needs were met and that our process of moving was as painless as a move can be. We are happy we chose to store our items in a location who has someone who cares and provides such quality assurance as Anna does. Especially even after we locked up, she followed up to ensure we were all set for the evening. Highly recommend this location and working with this team!

It was a great experience getting set up with a 5 x 5 Cube smart room. The team Followed up with me well as I moved towards my move-in date. The facility manager who helped me when I arrived to complete the transaction was lovely and efficient. The facility is very clean and feels safe. Time will tell but this seems like a great place to store my stuff.
