Quick easy and Secure

I have rented storage space at Public storage few times in the past few years. My experience has always been the same. Very friendly quick and easy. They go over all the details and have the best prices around. And probably most convenient locations. They have plenty of different options for rental needs

Awesome

The sign-up process was easy, did most of it on-line. They called and confirmed my appointment with-in minutes of signing off the site. The appointment was flexible as I wasn't sure about the exact time I could make it. Once there I was in and out in less than a half hour, this included showing me the gate operation and inspecting the storage unit. The place was clean, an elevator and cart to help get to the second floor. Everything was done on my lunch break. They even followed up to see that all was well, fantastic customer service!

Highly recommended!

I decided to check out Public Storage after searching storage units on the internet. When I walked into the office on Prospect Blvd in Frederick MD, I was greeted by Zachary. He was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. After touring the facility, I knew that this was the right place for me. In addition to the great customer service, I noticed that the facility was clean and secure. I highly recommend Public Storage for all of your storage needs.

I received a call from Zack, the manager at the Prospect Boulevard location, less than 30-minutes after submitting a hold for a storage unit. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he reached out. Zack was courteous, answered all my questions, and helped me schedule an appointment to view the space. The next morning, I received a confirmation call from Jennifer ("Jenn"), who was equally professional and friendly. She verified my appointment time and provided additional information about the facility. Both Zack and Jenn were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Their excellent customer service made the experience smooth and stress-free.

Had an absolutely Amazing customer experience with Jen today on the telephone. Jen was pleasant, sweet, kind, and understanding. She took time to review my account and explained why my bill increased. She also explained a letter was sent advising increases could happen. After explaining I lost my job she submitted a request to have my rate adjusted back to what it was before the recent rate increase. So thankful for Jen as she provided Excellent customer service. Thanks so much Jen for genuinely caring about me and addressing my billing concerns so quickly! You exemplify top notch CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thanks so much!
