The storage manager was not there at opening time. He did show up eventually and was courteous. I thought I had a $99 online rate for a non-climate controlled unit, but was probably too slow to lock it in. The algorithm beat me to it and hiked the price by $40. I was able to find a promo for a climate controlled unit for $131 and took that. The door to the inside of the building is not opening all the way. Will mention it to the manager.

Horrible Experience — Infested Unit, No Lighting, and Zero Help (Current Tenant) I’m a current tenant at CubeSmart and have had a horrible experience. My unit has been infested with roaches and mice, even though I only had one piece of furniture stored inside. When I reported it, management said there was “nothing they could do.” After pushing for help, I finally found someone willing to spray and leave deterrent packets, but the problem never should have gotten that bad in the first place. Now I’m afraid to put anything else in there. On top of that, the light in my unit has never worked since the day I moved in. When I first went to get it fixed, the employee in the office said he didn’t know how to change the light bulb and actually asked my son to do it for him. My son had to climb a ladder with those high ceilings to replace the bulb himself, and even then, the light still didn’t work. They said they would put in a work order and that an electrician would come within a week — that was three months ago, and no one has ever come. The light still doesn’t work, and no one seems to care. To make things worse, they raised my rent, despite all these unresolved issues. When I asked for help, I was told there was nothing they could do and that corporate wouldn’t do anything either. The customer service is awful— if you can even get someone in the office or on the phone. I’m now considering moving out and paying for another storage facility just because this company refuses to take care of its property or its customers. Overall, I would never recommend this location. Poor maintenance, pest problems, terrible communication, and higher rent with no accountability.

I reserved it online and when I got there it was snow all infront that I had to shovel myself and black ice EVERYWHERE I called and complained and the very next day it was the same, they didn’t even put any salt down to the point I had to back all the way up to the until to even unload or we would fall. The unit was not even as much as swept out.

Walked in and asked to get some units shown to. Anthony had no issue with showing the units. Good customer service as well, straight to the point
