The staffs are friendly, and they respond quickly. They provide needed information clearly and accurately, so communication with them is very smooth and efficient. It seems like they do a great job with warehouse patrols and maintenance. On moving day, they provided clear information so everything could proceed smoothly. After that, I was able to continue renting the storage unit at a reasonable price. The location is also convenient.

OMG, customer service was off the charts! Pablo is the consummate professional! Although he is the Manager for several buildings, he was available for little things, which were not so little for me - like how does this lock work or can’t close and lock up HELP! The storage spaces, halls and elevators are extremely clean. I’m giving Xtra Space 26 W Diamond in Gaithersberg five stars.9

Not only are the team pleasant and very helpful, they offer best solutions for your money. The facilities are always kept clean and easily accessible. Convenient storage unit location near one of my local clients. Pablo provided great assistance on my initial account setup. Pricing was reasonable for the unit I got. Space was relatively in good clean shape.

Can’t recommend this place enough!! The staff at this location is fantastic! Pablo has always been so helpful since the day I started storing items here. One day, my dad and I were pushing a heavy dancefloor up a hill to move from one unit to another, and Pablo came to help push! The location is always clean and well maintained and I’ve never had any issues. I’ve been storing here for at least 2 years now and will definitely continue to!
