The Germantown location on Frederick Rd was very secure and clean. Sandy was very quick to reach out about a storage unit. She was very courteous and polite. Sandy was a pleasure to work with. She was very detailed and made sure that I understood everything. She also proceeded to take me on a tour to ensure I knew where to go and equipment to use to assist my move-in much easier.

The store manager Sandy was exceptional. She gave me a tour of the facility and showed me the different size storage units I was thinking of getting. She answered all my questions and gave a lot of information. I never felt like I was being pushed to sign right away. We were able to work out a price and she gave me a good deal for the first several months which I accepted. The whole process went smoothly. I appreciate the great customer service from Sandy getting me set up.
