My storage space location on Milestone Rd was very convenient to Ft. Meade. The facility was very clean, I truly loved having the carts to help load and unload my vehicle. Another feature I liked was having my lock, key, and welcome package inside of the storage room. Top Tier! I didn't have to rush to get off work to make it to the location before it closed. Awesome Experience!!

My experience securing a storage space at Extra Space Storage was stellar. Everyone I came into contact with at the facility appeared kind, friendly, willing to help. Personally, I worked exclusively with Rashawna, which I couldn't be happier about. Rashawna was able to explain every step of the process to me, from the appropriate unit size for what I needed to store, to the way to secure the best rates, to all the details of the contract I would be signing. My storage consultant Rashawna is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! My things have been in extra space storage milestone Parkway for six months now, and Rashawna was the one who helped me with opening my storage units.. She was so pleasant and sweet and gave so much information about the units! She made my experience so amazing! She explained everything to me and answered every single question I had and trust me I had a lot, but she was very patient through it all! She always call me to give me reminders about when my storages are due and does anything she can to assist me! I appreciate her so much! I am big on customer service and this woman has took customer service to another level!
