they auctioned my sister's stuff off with all my dads stuff and familys stuff my poo died a year ago and they said they sent mail which she never got and a email which all she got was a email saying her bill was behind and 2 weeks ago she talked to someone saying they wouldn't auction the stuff off they was gonna call her back but it was already gone thru auctioned it off already. my sister tried to talk to them about making a payment because she was in the hospital and out of work she was calling today to pay the bill off and it's gone. .. we went back to look at all the emails and she never got anything about a auction and no mail. it's so sad they would do that without calling her phone they had the number on file I'm thinking they didn't care .. they don't care about the customers all they care about is the unit making money.. now my family has lost all my pops stuff and my grandmas.stuff.

Price is high for a out side unit. No pest control or protection. Very easy an close to access though

Will check to see were my deposit is. Never did get deposit said I left something outside in front of unit that I never owned. Will Never use then again. Know a few others who had problems with them
