Just moved out of a unit I had for 5 years at this place. Other than the yearly increases in rent, the place is great. Good location if you live in the area, right off of 295. All Units are outside with Easy drive up access to each unit door. My unit was a pretty large 10x20. Initially it was about $150 per month, but over the 5 years, ended at about $300 per month. Not a complaint, just something to keep in mind for long term storage. An actual HUMAN is easily reachable by phone, email, or text, plus very helpful and honest about fees and billing issues if you have them. "Angela" was a customer service savant, which is tough to find these days; she should teach a class on customer service. The only real issue I experienced, was a pest outbreak that happened because someone stored some infested stuff in one of the units and mice ended up everywhere. In their defense, they did notify me of the problem via email; the mice were not necessarily their fault and they did a pretty good job treating the area after they found out about the problem. Eventually the mice were gone, but there was mouse poop everywhere. I have heard this can happen with storage facilities, so that is something to keep in mind if you store at any place I guess. Also, the units have heat in the winter which is good, except the heat source is literally the metal ceiling of the unit and will burn you upon contact; kind of like touching a radiator in an old house. If I could recommend any improvements, it would be some overhead lighting within the units for night time access; something low heat like LED strip lights around the ceiling borders would be awesome. Definitely recommend renting here if you are looking for space in that area.
