Worst experience ever. My unit got flooded twice and I had insurance. Instead of them taking responsibility they keep passing me around saying I should contact the third party insurance they provided and charge me for monthly. Good luck as well in being able to get in touch with the insurance agent, they never answer the phone or respond to emails and when they finally do. They look for every excuse not to take responsibility. Avoid this place by every means necessary, as you will have all your belongings damaged.

I have use Extra space for several years in different state and have alway had excellent experiences which says a lot about the company. The staff are always professional and kind. The facility is clean and well maintained. Assistant manager Vee was extremely helpful by offering an alternative to how I am better able to manage my storage on a month to month basic. This was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this facility.
