The on -site Team is remarkable! I consider their team: Accessible ! Professional Courteous And extremely helpful - I found Beth the store manager and Amanda very knowledgeable and accommodating! The facility is clean and fully operational The above detail is why I committed to two (2) storage units I would encourage others to check out this location and their fantastic team In my opinion, the applicable Extra Storage ownership does indeed benefit immensely from the superior(!) on- site talented and personalized service -

Extra Space Storage has provided excellent service. The representative on the phone answered my questions clearly and got my information accurately, and referred me to a convenient storage location. By the time I reached that location, I had received some new information (from family) and changed my requirements a little, which resulted in my needing to use a different Extra Space Storage facility nearby. At that location I again got clear information delivered in a courteous businesslike manner. As for the facility itself, it's clean and bright and easily accessible. I'm glad that I'm now using a compartment at Extra Space Storage.

Huge thank you to Amanda and Beth for helping me out. My IT company sent a package to Extra Space Storage- with no instructions or plan on what was to be done with it- and these wonderful ladies went above and beyond to find my phone number and reach out to me so I could figure out where the package belonged. When we discovered the IT company had a storage unit rented, they then got it where it needed to go. Helpful, positive, and doing the right thing for others. Thank you!
