Careful how you purchase. Online reservation is the cheapest always. They will increase once a yr. Ms Tonia was awesome in helping explain the big increase Ihad show up. She was very helpful in being able to get a small decrease for a few mos to give some stress relief.

I had a very heartbreaking and frustrating experience with the Public Storage on Belair Road in Nottingham, MD, and people deserve to know how this location handles situations. This happened January 26th–27th. I was not refusing to pay my bill. I explained there was a card/system issue and told them clearly I would have the money first thing the morning of January 27th — which I did. I had $555 ready and begged the male employee to hold the buyer off just until the morning. That was only a matter of hours. The young lady named Chris was the only person who showed any willingness to help, and I appreciate her for at least listening. But the other staff member I dealt with showed no compassion, no flexibility, and no understanding even though I was trying to fix the problem. What makes this worse is they later claimed I didn’t communicate, which is not true. I left several messages that same day and they did not answer the phone. I was actively trying to reach them and resolve everything. My belongings were still sold — and from what I understand, for much less than what I owed and far less than what my personal items were worth. I was also told they would contact the buyer so I could try to buy my things back, but I was never contacted. No follow-up. No effort. No remorse. Storage units hold people’s personal lives and memories, not just objects. A few hours of understanding could have prevented all of this. Instead, I felt dismissed, unheard, and treated like I didn’t matter. Except for Chris, the experience was cold and unprofessional. Based on how this was handled, I would not recommend this location.my name is robin hayes

First time winning a unit at this location and I'll definitely try to find more from this location. Ashley was beyond helpful and kind, highly recommend giving her whatever she needs because her customer service was exceptional!
