I've had a storage unit with Extra Space storage for over a year and I've never had any issues. I went to the location on Old Harford road and was able to get help from Anique who was very helpful and insightful in answering my questions and making sure I had the best option for my storage needs. She and the store manager Sarah wer very friendly and welcoming! Thank you ladies!

Using Extra Space Storage has been an excellent experience so far. I spoke with Angela, a national customer rep, to set up the rental of a unit. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I signed the rental agreement & paid online while on the call. I received my access code via email and was able to access the unit on a Sunday even though the local office was closed. The lock I purchased was inside the unit waiting when I first arrived. The space I rented was clean with convenient access, good security and carts to use at the entrance. Definitely a 5 star experience!
