I've been a customer for quite a while now, and honestly, it's been an absolutely fantastic experience from day one! Everything from the super easy access to how sparkling clean the place always is just makes it a pleasure to visit. I really appreciate the top-notch security too; it gives me such peace of mind knowing all my belongings are safe and sound. And let's not forget how convenient it is being so centrally located – makes popping over a breeze! I also wanted to give a huge shout-out to your property manager. They've been an absolute dream to work with – always so helpful and a real pleasure to deal with whenever I've had a question or needed anything. And on top of all that, the value is just unbeatable! I still can't believe I found a unit that's half the price of other storage places in the area. It really feels like I hit the jackpot. The process to get a unit couldn't have been easier. The company is remote and they said they have maintenance onsite, but I've never needed them. The price can't be beat and it is 1/2 the cost of the previous storage unit I had before for the same size.

This is the second time we’ve used Bigger Garage for storage and we couldn’t be more pleased! Everything was easy to set up right over the phone, and payments are simple to make online. The unit was clean, the area was well lit, and I always felt safe when I was there. I definitely recommend them and will use them again myself if the need arises!

I was skeptical at first, because the deal was too good to true, but it is real! Two people called me to help me navigate the online application, which was nice. The space was just right for my stuff and clean.
