Horrible experience with NEW OWNERS. Company is based in New York. Called several times about billing charges that were wrong. Vacated our inside storage unit and they had no clue about locks or how to do help vacate. They no absolutely nothing about what's going on with the facility in Salisbury because they are running it from New York. We were given 5 weeks notice to move our camper or have it towed at my expense. This notice was given the week of the holidays so nothing was open to move it. This was most likely done to get one more payment for January that we couldn't prevent due to the timing of the notice. They said they are doing major construction to the facility. They did not offer us to come back. I am guessing they are turning the camper spots into storage buildings for more income. The New Company cares nothing about local folks, just money. I do not recommend them at all. They will probably change the name and raise prices. Again, they care nothing about locals. Beware!!!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our unit but it was a very easy process to do so. If we ever need a storage unit again we will definitely be coming back. Thank you!!
