One star for the cleaner indoor units . Outside dirty . They really do not want to work with people , once you pay , that is it . I was only there for 2 days , reserved on 11/28 /25 with just 3 duffle bags inside , and when all my belongings arrived on 11/30 , the driver was unable to maneuver into the property. I found Extra Space Storage a mile away and the driver had no problem getting into the facility . I was lied to , the customer service agent said she would refund $382 for one of the units I paid for but not both . That confirmation email never came nor did a refund to my credit card . However, public storage did send an email stating that I moved out . Yes, I did vacate , and I spoke to the young lady at the desk . Basically this means they can rent the unit again for $382 although I reserved it for just 2 days . Avoid this company ! They said the 18 wheeler can fit, but I was not certain, so I asked two different employees .They both said , “18 wheelers can get in , if he can drive. “It is a tight entrance and I think they need to have more information about that . It is deceiving for someone who is not a truck driver. I had no choice but to find another location . Now I’m out about $850 after this fiasco. I have never dealt with a worse company . Even cable and internet companies have better customer service than Pubic Storage . Research CubeSmart and Extra Space Storage is better . They have a keyless system where your phone and email is used on an app that locks the units . I’m here to let other know there are better option

Let me just say Stephon made an impact on everything that has been going on with me. By being very helpful understanding and very respectful. He has great hospitality skills. Especially when talking to the customers on the phone I have had the utmost unhelpful experiences until I spoke with him. Thank you all for bringing someone in tha Can work with the customer's versus against the customers by just being more explanatory. As long as he's there, I think I will be a lot more comfortable. Previous workers just always seems so angry. Thank you Stephon Sorry I waited so long to tell u how great u are .....I remembered and made it my business to double back .

Great experience with this storage unit thus far. Stephon was such a great help to my family & I! I’m about 8 months pregnant and moving with limited help. My grandmother & I came into the storage unit to drop off a load. Despite our limitations, we went there knowing we would have to do it ourselves. Instead, Stephon came over and helped us tremendously. Cannot thank him enough!
