The team was very courteous and understanding of my position. They held a spot for me for a week due to a family illness that took me out of state. I told them if they had a chance to rent the space before I could get back into town I would understand and they stated they were willing to wait for me to get back from the Midwest. That kind of cutstomer service is few and far between nowadays.

I had a great experience with the help of Sam who took the time and care to make sure I had the best storage unit for my vintage Corvette. This location has many units with a significant step up as you enter, NOT good for a low clearance car like mine. After a pleasant and professional follow up call from Sam, he searched out the lowest one available and showed me when I got there, proving that the service of a great staff member should NEVER be replaced by any online “contact-less” procedure.
