Storage Units at Advantage Self Storage is wonderful. When I first moved to Beverly, I was in a bit of a moving bind, so, looking for a proper storage company was vital to me. Advantage matches what I need. I'm so happy with them, I will be renting from them a long time and in the process I will be recommending Advantage to more people.

Advantage Self Storage has been a great storage option for my daughter who attends Montserrat College of Art...it's close by, has elevators and carts and is straight-forward about billing and always pleasant.

Rented a storage unit here for a few month transition before we could relocate to a larger home. Older storage center, but clean and better climate controlled than more modern ones I've used in the past. Charlie the manager is a great guy and easy to work with. We did have a billing issue on move-out, but was corrected quickly without issue. Will use again in the future as needed.

We've rented a storage unit here for the last several summers for my daughter and her roommate's college stuff (we live in Western PA & roomie is from Seattle). I feel the staff, especially Charlie, that we have worked with the last several years to be especially helpful, including when the college closed down quickly Spring 2020. We have never had any damage from critters or heat. We have never had an issue at the loading dock with the door. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Charlie is now my new best friend. He is easy to work with, but even more important, he took special care of me because of my age and other circumstances. As a bonus, the facility is so close to where I'm staying that I can walk there to slowly empty the boxes (and boxes and boxes and boxes). Charlie, David, Amanda -- all are the facility's greatest assets. It would be impossible for me to be more satisfied. Earlier, David was lovely to me on the phone, and when I stopped by to see the units, he took me on the grand tour. I'm not young, and he explained things very patiently, and even prevented me from a fall (it's entirely safe; I tripped on absolutely nothing). I'm incredibly pleased to store my household goods at Advantage.
