This is a FANTASTIC self-storage facility! The staff is amazing & extremely helpful. They gave us a great discount & often have deals that they run for new & existing customers. The office itself is so clean, spacious, a setup in a professional manner. They also have moving & storage supplies available for purchase in office at an extremely reasonable price...I think we paid $8 on site for a very study pad lock. They've also got a coffee machine & a very comfortable seating area if you're tired from a long day of moving. The storage units themselves are spacious, clean, & secure. Our 5X11 unit was more than enough space & appeared to be brand new. It looked as if no one had even used it before. The building is extremely secure & has cameras everywhere. The Assistant Manager, Jeremiah, was great & so extremely helpful! You can tell he truly cares about customer service & absolutely made our experience renting here extremely enjoyable & simple! If you're looking for a storage unit in this part Boston, I HIGHLY recommend Stor-U-Self!

Facility is excellent; clean, dry, well lit, and a comfortable temperature. Location and parking were easy. It has a great loading dock and a large garage door that made it easier and faster for the movers. Jeff, the manager, is fantastic: he thoroughly explained their options, provided a tour, and walked me through the paperwork & requirements. I would highly recommend this facility.

The Stor-U-Self facility in Charlestown is excellent, and I highly recommend renting a unit there for your self-storage needs! The process for renters to get into the building is seamless, and the units are very clean and well-kept. However, what I appreciated the most about the facility was the helpful and kind staff. Both Jeremiah and Dennis went above and beyond to help my colleagues and I while we were basically working out of the units for a couple of days. They gave us great local restaurant recommendations, and were right there to help find solutions the two times we ran into challenges. They really went the extra mile to ensure we could efficiently sort through 15 pallets of craft supplies that we distributed to children’s behavioral health providers across the state.
