I went here to pick a locally owned storage unit because everywhere had hidden fees that kicked in after 2-4 months. Well it turns out these business owners are no different than the corporate guys. My storage rent was raised 20 percent within two months of my move in date. The front door to wheel your stuff is jagged and broken making each trip difficult. I was willing to overlook the bad entryway and ridiculously small hours for a local business with affordable rates. Now I feel like it’s appropriate to call out their business practices and advise you to go somewhere else.

This place is very secure, climate controlled, clean and has great staff especially Laura. She was very helpful in finding me a unit. I've had a unit here for almost two years and would recommend it to my closest friends. The thing about indoor storage is the temperature and moisture remains mild so your belongings don't get destroyed like when using outdoor storage units.

We've stored our stuff that doesn't fit in our apartment for 3+ years with no worries & no problems. The rates are good & the people are great. The only thing I'd like to see change is to be able to access our locker 24-7, since scheduling around the open hours can be difficult. That's the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The people & security rate 5 stars, for sure!

A-Lowell has the lowest indoor storage pricing in the area!! I am a repeat customer because the staff is honest, fair and I felt very comfortable storing my furniture in such a clean, secure place. Moving is stressful!! It is wonderful to see that great customer service still exists.
