I had a wonderful experience setting up my storage rental thanks to Iris, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. She was not only professional and efficient but also incredibly kind and patient when I had a lot of questions. I was trying to choose between storage rentals and she was really helpful in that process. I am grateful she followed up with her manager to ensure every detail of my rental agreement was handled perfectly. Her attention to detail and follow-up with me has made moving much less stressful. The facility itself is also excellent - super clean, climate controlled (the AC is working great at the time of writing this review), and the place is easy to navigate. The lanes between units have plenty of space for parking and unloading. It’s in a good, safe neighborhood, so I feel comfortable accessing my unit anytime. Overall, a great experience from start to finish and I am really grateful for Iris for making me feel confident this was the right choice for what I need from storage right now.
