We recently went to cube smart 288 plymouth ave fall river. We didnt have huge expectations especially because we are business owners. Aaron was an absolute pleasure with tons of knowledge an he was able to answer our questions. We had lots of questions and Aaron answered them perfectly. He is an asset and cube smart is lucky to have such a dedicated employee to represent your company!

I had an issue with a late fee that i could not seem to get resolved last week and Tyler, the new GM handled it with outstanding professionalism. Even though he just took over the store as new management a few days ago, he took the time to understand the situation and resolved everything quickly and respectfully. For the first time since Bre has left i have truly felt valued as a customer and made a priority. Tyler's customer service is excellent and it gives me confidence to continue being a long term customer with Cubesmart. Thank you Tyler for the great experience, it has made a huge difference.

Aaron the GM assisted me with an issue and the resolution had been given in a timely manner. Amazing customer service and willingness to help. I would recommend this to family and friends if they are looking for a reliable storage space.

From the beginning, the store was a mess. When I originally contacted this location for storage.It was under a different name until cube smart bought it out. After speaking with representatives in the office, there was the disrespect present. The woman in the office hung up on me after tons of miscommunication ( some of it being they were bought out) when I went there during business hours, there was no present. So I paid my bill and I was still locked out of my unit. I had to leave work early again to have someone get it off. During the holidays i wanted to retrieve my stuff and they told me that I could do a buyout. They were closed on a random Tuesday and then the following Wednesday which I told them I would come to close out my unit. The following day I showed up and was charged a FULL month. Even after the conversations and being it was the 2nd of the month.. not prorated. Just crazy. Other times I went there they had no carts which made it very hard to move stuff. I found a cockraoch in my items & Lastly, my stuff smelt like "basement" the lingering smell is still in my apartment after almost a week. I do not recommend.
