Just moved my stuff in, so this review is incomplete, but so far the experience has been positive. I had a question and called, but no one was there, so I filled out a form online and got a callback within the hour. (This is a very different experience than ones I've had with other local self-storage companies. Cough, cough, pioneer valley self storage, cough cough.) Very polite and helpful. Move-in went smoothly. You get a gate-access code to the facility, and then it's a short drive to your storage area. My one complaint is that if you're moving in at night, the lighting isn't great. They have some lights, but they are unevenly spaced and don't fully light all of the units. So if that's your situation, then it might be useful to bring a flashlight. But otherwise, everything has gone very smoothly. Also, the price is quite a bit lower than many of the other self-storage facilities in the area. Moved out after two and a half months. No issues with billing or move-out. Everything clear and up front.

they refuse to fix their public bathroom. when I originally moved my stuff in here they told my step mom that they were fixing the restrooms and if we needed to use the bathroom they would let us at the front. It’s been 3 months and they still haven’t fixed the public bathroom and when I asked to use theirs they said no and that the bathrooms were out of order. Over priced units. Climate control is mediocre and all my stuff is collecting dust bc there are not tops to the units. Just metal wiring. FIX YOUR PUBLIC TOILETS ALREADY.

We used to rent here, they were great; we left due to promise of much lower rate. They lied. We had to wait until there was an opening, and now we’re back! Mgr Keith made signing up and getting in easy, friendly competent guy.

Ben was super helpful and made the whole process really easy. Their prices are very reasonable and the unit was in great condition. Access hours are really lenient and the customer service is great. There aren’t any hidden fees, these guys are here to help and they make storing stuff a pleasure. Definitely will use again and do recommend!!

Richard went completely above and beyond the call of duty and his job description in helping me when I moved into my storage shed. I came in by myself (with my pup) in a 20 foot UHaul, intending to unload a tiny house kit weighing thousands of pounds by myself. Richard offered his help without any prompting when I checked in (and I demurred because I'm terrible at accepting help). Then he just walked out once I'd moved the truck to my storage area to offer help again. I really don't know what I would've done if he hadn't helped me, as several of the items definitely shouldn't have been unloaded by one person. Richard spent a good couple hours out there with me on the truck, and he made the job SO much easier and more pleasant. I'm new to the area (I'll be building the tiny house on land I bought less than a year ago), and it was wonderful to experience the sort of kindness to a stranger that Richard showed. If you're Richard's boss and you're reading this, please give him a raise and a promotion immediately. Thanks Richard!
