Very helpful customer service from both Paris and Wanda. I have been a customer for over 2 yrs storing my most valuable possessions.I wouldn’t trust any other facility with them. Paris was polite and was able to me out more than I expected. Wanda is always on top of making sure I make the payments so my stuff doesn’t go to auction. It’s hard times out here and it super helpful to have them looking out for me as a customer. Great facility!!!!

I came in to office with rent issue, my rent had increased almost $100 dollars in just 3months. PARIS & WANDA help me understand how rental increases work, and they were able to request company discount for me. I was ready to move, but they were able to put me at ease, and now I can understand my contract better. They were SUPER helpful and professional. Thank you for helping me out today.

Paris is very patient and helped me with the ERENTEL I love the way she showed me all the units and answer all the questions show me all things I need to know about public storage. Helped me set my app and everything this what you really call good customer service. And she very funny she knows to make a customer laugh😂 made my day great thanks Paris!

Great customer service. Paris was friendly, patient and professional. I had to wait to get my lock replaced and she made sure I was taken care of and felt safe while waiting. I’m so grateful. She made a stressful situation seamless.

Great ! customer service with both property managers Wanda and Paris. They were able to understand my concern regarding my monthly statement and fees. Additional information was provided as well as ways to reduce/ avoid late fees. I highly recommend this location!
