I rented a 9x10 unit today. I didn't really need a storage unit, but $37 per month was so low that I couldn't pass it up. ($49 per month including the mandatory $12 insurance). Not bad at all. My friend rented a unit last week. I was impressed by how clean the facility is. The lease was easy. Lauren was very friendly and professional. I'm on the second floor in the climate-controlled building, which was quite warm, and had numerous ceiling fans. There are also bathrooms, which are a huge plus! It's in a safe, quiet area. All of the other renters there that I've met have been really nice. I highly recommend!

Good price storage, Lauren helped me with every question I had from before renting till the end, may I also add great response time calling or emailing them, I received a padlock the day of the move in, good place. Would definitely use this again whenever I’m around town

Edit 915/25 Received a call from Lauren in another attempt to have my review taken down because "they emailed me the same day cutting the increase. YOU STILL PARTICIPATED IN BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS AND LIED ABOUT HOW MUCH YOUR INCREASE WOULD GO UP *IF* THERE EVEN WAS ONE. When my rate goes back to the original amount that we agreed upon with the "few dollar" increase, then I will remove the review Edit 9/12/25 Brian from Middleton Self Storage contacted and left a voicemail attempting to get me to remove this review because "they gave me a discount" off of the ridiculous price increase. Sorry, just because you changed my rate from a disgusting 30% increase to a still disgusting 15% increase, it does not change the fact that your manager advised that an increase would only be "a few dollars." For clarification a few dollars is typically considered 3. I will remove this review once my rate goes back to the original amount that was agreed upon with the "few dollar" increase. *** Be careful of their bait and switch. Place had good rates. Not the cheapest but not the worst for what I was looking for. Moved in back in January. Today, get a notification that they're raising my rates. The sales person said they sometimes need to a few dollars. TWENTY- TWO dollars per month. It's just about a 30% increase. Terrible bait and switch tactic to get people moved in and then not want to deal with the hassle of moving again
