While CubeSmart is easy to deal with in order to rent a unit, they do not provide easy access to the unit. I rented a unit specifically to store a car. It took me a half hour to shovel the snow from the door so I could open the door and drive the car in. I went to the unit when someone was supposed to be in the office, but no one was there for an hour after I was. The access to units is not good when there is snow
Renee NyobConveniently allows you to process your rental online rather than having to wait for business hours. Huge help especially if you work odd hours! Inside your unit, you are greeted to a welcome bag that includes a free lock with keys! This was a nice touch I never had before with other storage rentals. I have already and will continue to highly recommend this storage company!
