The staff was really great, and the experience was amazing overall. It’s a clean facility, though you don’t get reception in there so just a heads up. Two things to note. First, I stored my things with them for 5 months, and my rate went up from $146 to $195. I was out of the state and couldn’t really do much about it. Second, be careful not to pay again when moving out. I accidentally did so (an error on my end, it was through the app). Javon helped me get it refunded, which was very nice of him. The staff is very nice. I’ve interacted with them twice and they’ve been very friendly and helpful! Javon was a life saver at the end!

Very clean space. Secure gate with key code. Brightly lit. Safe environment and neighborhood. Access to units outside of office hours. Clean bathroom in storage area, first floor near office, accessible outside of office hours. Great deals!!
