I’ve had an excellent experience with the storage facility on Morse St in Norwood! What really sets this place apart is the customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the manager, Steve, and Ariel who were welcoming and delightful. They answered all my questions clearly and made the move-in process simple and stress-free. They were more than happy to show me ALL the storage options available and guided me towards the right fit for my needs. They were absolute angels to work with. They are EXCELLENT ambassadors for the facility. The units are spotless and well-maintained, which gives me confidence that my belongings are being kept in a clean and secure environment. The facility is well-lit and equipped with strong security measures like cameras and access codes, so I always feel safe when visiting. I’d highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and well-managed space for their items. If you appreciate top tier customer service, Steve and Ariel are the ones to visit for sure. 10 out of 10! HIGHLY recommend!

Mrs. Steve is such a charming voice to hear when you call, he even remembered my locker number! He gives family vibes. Last year I moved from norwood. And once in a while I think of moving my things to a closer storage locker, but I then immediately think of losing Mr. Steve, my extra space uncle, and I think to myself, "not a chance in hell." I've come to look forward to each interaction with this fine man.
